Duncan Mutuma Muguna is a visionary leader, mediator, and mentor committed to raising a new generation of transformational African leaders. His leadership journey began at the age of 15 while still in secondary school, marking the start of a lifelong mission to inspire integrity, peacebuilding, and service-oriented leadership across schools, communities, and organizations. Through the Grip Africa Mediation and Leadership Institute, he has spearheaded initiatives that promote dialogue, leadership training, and mentorship programs designed to nurture responsible, peace-minded leaders who can address Africa’s most pressing challenges. Duncan’s work integrates leadership development, conflict transformation, and capacity building to equip both youth and professionals with essential mediation and leadership skills.
