Establishing Mediation Clubs and Leadership Circles

Training Peer Mediators to Resolve Conflicts Peacefully

Our expert facilitators provide comprehensive peer mediation training that equips students with practical tools to address conflicts before they escalate. Peer mediators learn active listening, empathy, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques—developing essential life skills that strengthen both their interpersonal relationships and their leadership capacity.

Aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), our mediation approach enhances social-emotional learning (SEL) by integrating empathy, communication, and emotional regulation into daily school life.
