Introductions
The undersigned – (Lincoln N.Obed) has over twenty (25yrs) experience of hands-on- experience in organization development and a seasoned Consulting trainer.
The consultant experience includes designing and implementing various organizations capacity buildings sessions, evaluation including outcome and impact assessments. The consultant has experience working with national agencies/partners in the region and beyond including corporates, governments and international agencies.
Consultants Scope
The consultant technical aptitude includes development studies, Research, Program Management (Intervention Mapping approaches, Project Design, Capacity Building, Monitoring and Evaluation), Institutional alignment and Program Execution (Data analysis, Policy integration and policy development).
The consultant has been involved in the following sectorial program design;

- Conducting a Statistics for Credible Results (Thru -IGAD Member States):
- Enhancing the credibility of Humanitarian Statistics under -Resilience Analysis Unit (RAU) –with an aim to promoting statistical capacity
building and support better policy formulation and decision-making through improvements in the production, availability and use of official statistics particularly in the field of humanitarian surveys with different available methods used by member states agencies
- Involved in annual Global week of Action advocacy (Thru NCDAK)– an annual week long advocacy in show casing what various Ncd’s associations are being involved in caring for the those affected by the Ncd’s
- Involved in the advocacy in promotion of (Thru-KELIN),
- healthy diets through innovative interventions, specifically nutritional labelling and restrictions of marketing of unhealthy foods to children in the region.
